The property is a great alternative to the strip but without the maddening traffic, parking issues. Also, the hotel rooms are very nicely done. The conference services manager was knowledgeable about alternative setup options so that the event had a nice flow. All of our needs were met during the meeting.

We had a phenomenal record-breaking year with over 2 million net square feet of exhibit space sold and over 160,000 attendees! We truly could not reach this level of success without this facility and the hard work and support of the staff provided each year for the show.
We really appreciate the LVH team for being so wonderful to work with again this year and for always being available to help out both pre-show and on-site when needed. We continue to value the partnership we share with their team and look forward to another successful show in 2015.

Recognizing there is significant competition from other Vegas hotels that offer an experience that hotels elsewhere in the country do not, in my opinion this property still ranks the highest in attracting guests in-house with what is offered compared with properties in other cities that are associated with a convention center. The monorail stop located there, as well as other local transportation capabilities, make it convenient for those hotel guests who want to take advantage of attending shows at other properties.
A significant point I must make – there was NO ONE we met at the LVH property that deserved anything but our praise! I do not recall ANY other hotel that I could state that of.

I wish I could properly express just how lucky we feel to work with such a vibrant, polite, energetic and helpful staff. The support and assistance seems beyond anything I have experienced in the past. The positive attitude is contagious and it felt good to be there.

Awesome experience. We have had such a positive response to the events held that I had to write this review—none of which would have been possible of course without the LVH team. The LVH staff gets 5 stars in my book for customer service, food & bar presentation, and overall awesomeness.

A warm welcome and hospitality. I will be recommending this property to our clients as well as being a repeat client myself.

This was one of our most successful and talked about conventions in recent years, and our ability to focus on our attendees was due in large part to the LVH's receptiveness and ‘can do’ attitude in meeting our behind-the-scenes needs.

It was a joy working with LVH on the event. I cannot say enough good things about the team at The LVH and next year’s event cannot come soon enough! :)

The staff did an outstanding job during our show. It is the people that work in the building that are the super stars and once again, those stars did nothing but shine for us. I so look forward to seeing those familiar faces when I arrive (from the bell team on up the ladder). The LVH team is by far the BEST!

IAEE staff and attendees were all extremely impressed by the service levels from our LVH representatives. From the front desk, banquet staff, room service, and the bellman, IAEE attendees were made to feel as VIP guests.

I recently read that the Las Vegas Hilton just won the Gold Key Award for the twenty-second time. I must admit that I didn't understand how that was possible until I stayed at your hotel while attending the IAPPA convention two weeks ago.
We personally witnessed your top-notch hospitality training at its best. From the front desk personnel to the servers in the restaurants, it was obvious that you value courtesy, professionalism and a willingness to help. As you know, all HelmsBriscoe associates travel a lot and stay at the finest hotels and we are not that easy to please.
The food in the café and the cafeteria was beyond my expectations. It was excellent food in a casual atmosphere. I was served probably the best Eggs Benedict that I have ever had at breakfast one morning. The hotel room was immaculate and the bed a dream. The only problem I encountered in the entire hotel was my luck in the casino.
Rest assured, that I will recommend your hotel my all my clients. Congratulations on winning your most deserving Gold Key Award.

Just wanted to take a moment to “Thank you” for your ever patient and professional assistance with the RES 2010 event.
Wonderful talented individuals such as yourself and your crew have become an extension of our team over the years. We would not be able to pull off events of this magnitude without your expert assistance. We do appreciate it!
Personally, I am honored to have had the opportunity to work with you all. Again thank you for your time.
Take care and God Bless!

I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful hospitality provided to myself and DS during our event last week. You and your staff did a fabulous job and I was highly impressed with everything. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and everything in general was superb. Everyone raved about the food and what a wonderful facility the Hilton is.
I fell in love with your facility and am hoping DCS can hold another meeting there next year. Maybe I can make a trip myself in between!
Thanks again for everything. It was a delight meeting you and doing business with you.

Our recent conference, Evolving Paradigms II: The Journey Home, was a huge success. It took a great deal of work by a large number of people. The Department of Veterans Affairs Employee Education System wishes to thank the staff of the Las Vegas Hilton for playing a large role in helping to achieve this success. The Hilton staff was immediately responsive to any last minute requests and went above and beyond to take care of our VIPs. In fact, the process of working with the Hilton staff from contract negotiation through the end of the conference was excellent!
The planning committee just completed a “debriefing” conference call, and all gave rave reviews to the hotel staff as well as the many others who were involved in making the conference the success that it was. The information disseminated at this important conference directly affects the care and treatment of our military personnel and our veterans. Thank you for helping to ensure that these deserving individuals receive the care they so richly deserve!”

Thank you for making our return to Las Vegas a success! You both were incredible and always of assistance. We appreciate your help, support and constant attention with the pre-planning and your commitment throughout the entire event.
We hosted approximately 1,500 dancers, teachers, and parents in Vegas this year! Because of you... our event ran smoothly and was a great experience for all of our guests. Our participants loved the hotel and ballrooms. It is important to us that every aspect of our event is first class, and we thank you for helping us achieve that goal. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed and that we are grateful to have had the pleasure of working with each of you!
We look forward to returning back to the Las Vegas Hilton in 2010. Again, thank you so much for your care and dedication towards our event.
