Our professional group, the New York State Association of School Nurses, recently offered their third educational conference at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel. As the chairperson of these events, I worked closely with the hotel staff in order to coordinate and develop an affordable and quality educational program for school nurses. Once again, the staff outdid themselves!
As a registered nurse and former customer service representative for a large hospital, I am well aware what exemplary customer service is. Every single employee, whether it be the registration staff, the housekeepers, Blue Pointe Grille waitresses, the bartender, or the sales team…..every single one of them went out of their way with every encounter!
Christine Peacock is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have met within the hotel industry. She has fabulous ideas and suggestions on how to make your event affordable and pleasant. She has raised the bar to a level I find that most could not reach! Many of our board members commented on how helpful and accommodating she and the hotel staff were. The staff was quick to respond to every need without a hesitation.
