Elite Overview
From the editors of Elite Meetings
After opening in 1997 and experiencing several updates since, the Renaissance São Paulo Hotel has certainly earned its stripes as a luxury destination. A sleek design by legendary Brazilian architect Ruy Ohtake and a central location in the Jardins district — with shopping, dining, and entertainmaint within walking distance — only raise the appeal for both leisure travelers and business groups.
Planners find more than 21,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 420-seat Renaissance Theater, the flexible America do Norte and America do Sul ballrooms, and multiple stylish boardrooms. Presentations benefit from superior audiovisual equipment and technology, while customized menus bring creativity to lunches and dinner banquets.
Between catered affairs, attendees discover additional culinary treats at the on-site Living Lounge Bar & Sushi, Terraço Jardins restaurant, and Bytes Café. They can also indulge in amenities such as the outdoor pool, health club, and Zen Zone, which includes a newly renovated spa that offers invigorating Japanese therapy baths, massages, and body treatments.
As the day winds down, they retreat to one of the tower’s 444 accommodations, all with modern décor, large desks, marble bathrooms, and 24-hour room service. Club Level guests enjoy access to private meeting rooms and a lounge with complimentary food and beverage throughout the day.
