I booked Loews during one of Nashville's busiest times...CMA Fest. They made all of my guests feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate any last minute needs that popped up! You have got to check out the bar and their signature drinks are out of this world. The concierge level is the place to stay, i was impressed with the customer service, in that the staff remembered names and greeted everyone with a smile. The restaurant's food is great but they are working through some glitches and I am confident they have corrected them. I would definitely book a group here again!
