Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and site of the first hotel in New Mexico built by Conrad Hilton, the recently renovated and renamed Hotel Andaluz, the only four-star hotel in Albuquerque, presents a legacy of hospitality dating back to 1939. Keeping in step with the times, the property now implements recycled building materials and energy-efficient measures with the goal of becoming the first LEED-certified hospitality provider in the state.
Efficiency also marks Andaluz's meetings team, servicing event space that covers 7,000 square feet and accommodating up to 150 people. Elements of Spain's Andalusia region infused with modern aesthetics and amenities define each of the 107 guest rooms. And continuing the regional flavor, a medley of Mediterranean tastes await at Andaluz's restaurant Lucia and the rooftop Ibiza lounge.

Recommendation to Planners:
This has become my favorite property in Albuquerque. Once the historic La Posada and before a Conrad Hilton, the new renovation has exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is filled with fine art from the lobby to the opened second floor, creating a grand space. The historic ambience is alive but smoothed over with a contemporary Moroccan flair...very inviting. The lobby is filled with seating where one can enjoy a coffee, evening cocktail and a bite to eat.
The guests rooms are well appointed and spacious. Almost like a Jr Suite with room to work and relax...desk, sofa, chairs and bed...and lovely!
The meeting space had floor to ceiling windows allowing the room to be filled with natural lighting. An outdoor balcony with furnishings flanked one side of the venue and was available to overlook the city. The banquet food...honestly, never had better!
The sales and banquet team were outstanding---I cannot provide enough kudos to either of them. Warm, courteous, and knowledgeable, from the Director of Sales on down. What a super experience.
