Elite Overview
From the editors of Elite Meetings
Harrah's Lake Tahoe grew from the vision of Bill Harrah, who opened his dream hotel in 1973 in Stateline, Nevada. Now owned by Caesars Entertainment, the 18-story, four-diamond property looks better than new after four decades of updating and perfecting. Today's highlights include 525 accommodations, a 65,000-square-foot casino, world-class DJs and concerts, seven restaurants, and 25,000 square feet for meetings.
The Special Events Center rests off by itself on the second floor and configures to meet a variety of needs, whether for a product launch, general assembly, board meeting, or gala awards banquet. The sixteenth floor adds the chance to hold private affairs in the former home-away-from-home of celebrities like Frank Sinatra, Bill Cosby, and Sammy Davis, Jr. Across the street, Harvey's Lake Tahoe—a Caesars sibling—contributes another 25,000 square feet for meetings.
