The Balboa Bay Club & Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Terri Reid as the new Executive Director of Sales & Marketing. Terri joins the team as the Resort rings in a brand new year. Terri Reid has 26 years experience in the luxury hospitality and travel industry. And in those years, her work has taken her to Hawaii, Australia, and six years ago, to sunny Southern California. Having worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, and most recently the Island Hotel here in Newport Beach, Terri brings a wealth of hospitality experience.

Patrick Hynes was born in Australia and graduated from the University of Adelaide before completing his graduate studies at the University of Oregon.
