From the editors of Elite MeetingsA recent $320 million renovation transformed the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort with a grander entryway, innovative new food and beverage options, redesigned guest rooms and bathrooms, and more.
In addition, the new Paradise by Sirene enclave features adult-exclusive accommodations, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar, its own rooftop pool, and state-of-the-art meeting venues.
All together, the resort offers more than 100,000 square feet of indoor event space, including a 30,000-square-foot ballroom with 24-foot ceilings; five outdoor terraces; and a spacious beach for open-air events with Gulf of Mexico views. Full-length windows bring floods of natural light and an enhanced sense of place to the foyers, ballrooms, and exhibit hall.
Highlighting the property are 3 miles of private beach, 36 holes of golf, and a 24,000-square-foot luxury spa. Among a dozen eateries are the reimagined signature restaurants Ario, Tesoro, and 10K Alley, as well as beachfront dining experiences at Kane and Quinn’s.
Guests take full advantage of the location — on the largest barrier island within the Ten Thousand Islands chain — with multiple pools and outdoor activities, including sailing voyages, WaveRunner excursions, and tours of Everglades National Park. Onsite boutiques, a kids’ day camp, and a nightly sunset performance by fire dancers complete the entertainment options.
