Catering For All Seasons
Four Seasons Hotel Dublin 2014
INTRODUCING ALI TAN, DIRECTOR OR CATERING, FOUR SEAONS HOTEL DUBLIN:
Ali has been with Four Seasons for almost sixteen years and is one of its most experienced Directors of Catering. She has recently re-joined Four Seasons Hotel Dublin's team having been head of the events team in Four Seasons New York and previously Four Seasons Costa Rica. Her passion for bespoke event management and personalised service has ensured the smooth running of some of the Hotel's biggest events such as international corporate conferences for world leading companies, corporate hospitality for major industry players as well as hosting and managing the more discrete but significant meetings and events, exhibitions.
"A successful event takes collaboration with event planners and organisers, bringing new depths of accuracy and skill to all aspects of a client's event. We go beyond the expected and truly make the difference by anticipating any potential challenges, working alongside to support event organisers in the process. Combined, our Team has over 30 years in the events industry and this invaluabel experience is pertinent to our success and long standing relationship with our clients.
We work with big and small Events and on a huge variety of projects from inception to completion.
We understand how personal an event is and together with our Executive Sous Chef, Alberto Rossi and the Banqueting Team, we create the appropriate tailored solution for every break-out, conference and event with a quality offer of the highest standard and to budget."
ALI'S EVENT TREND SPOTTING:
• "There is a definite increase in focus on team building, engagement conferencing and staff incentive events leading to more flexible and adaptable styles of catering services offered. We have responded to this with a number of innovative offerings including; sweet stations, power juice breaks, tapas style dining in addition to the more traditional and formal banquets.
• Increasingly, a corporate event can be followed by a weekend of family entertainment as more companies are looking to enhance work life balance and reward employees by inviting their partners and children to events.
• Collaborative conferencing is a trend to look out for. Look out for 'social break-outs' with room, space and chill zones for ideation."
ALI'S KEY TO SUCCESS:
"Four Seasons Hotel Dublin's flexible conference space, on-site car parking, five star dining, restyled public areas and luxurious accommodation along with our reputation for the highest service levels continue to enthuse and inspire confidence."
