THE HILTON CARTAGENA INTRODUCES NEW INTERIOR DESIGN ON ITS MAIN TOWER
Posted September 20, 2014
Following with the renovation of its areas, on October 2012, Hilton Cartagena, will finish the remodeling of the rooms of its main tower. The work was conducted by Consortium of Professional Designers, Juan Manuel García and Germán López Barrera, with an approximate investment of $ 10 million US dollars.
The 288 rooms in the main hotel tower, are being completely transformed into versatile and comfortable guestrooms, equipped with high quality products.
The first step of this change was to incorporate the terraces and balconies to the interior space of the room, opening a cozy social area where you can enjoy the marine environment and the view over the Caribbean. Then an impeccable work of colors and shades that allow printing to the decor all the inspiration and the color of the ocean, ranging from blue to violet, fusing the intimacy of the venue with the secrets of the Caribbean.
The new furnishings will allow our customers to have rooms with a king size bed and other with two double beds for comfort. Both with generous circulation space and all the amenities needed for relaxation and rest. In its new ambiance, windows soundproofing and bioclimatic control were installed.
The new furnishings will provide rooms with a king size bed and other with two double beds. Continuing with the modernization of its main tower, the pool area was completed a total change of floor to Moca Cream Portuguese Marble, with athermal and antiskid properties, which printed the 3,600 square feet of solarium area, a touch of elegance and sobriety.
The imported Spanish furniture, with polished aluminum frame and anodized beige microfiber cover fabric, combines modern and casual style with the new landscape of the area.
Always at the forefront and with all the experience and professionalism of its people, the Hilton Cartagena launches a modern and renovated image to suit every requirement, mixing Hilton service with the touch of a bohemian cosmopolitan city.
