Elite Meetings International Launches First-of-its-Kind Web Site That Sets a New Standard for Meeting and Event Planning
Extensive database of North America's top resorts and hotels establishes a one-stop-shop for planning professionals
(Santa Barbara, Calif.)—Elite Meetings International announces the launch of, a brand-new Web site debuting this week. The site offers planners a comprehensive and complimentary database of hundreds of top resorts and hotels to assist them in planning meetings and incentive trips. At the same time, innovative features such as “Speed RFP” and a cutting-edge “Click to Talk” option build in efficiencies designed to save users both time and money.

With its clean, user-friendly format, allows visitors to search for properties by desired features, then returns numerous matches within seconds. The detailed property profiles include meeting space information, the number of guest rooms by type, hotel capacity, transfer time to and from nearby airports, and food and beverage offerings.

To streamline the search for first-class event venues, presents only those properties that have been approveed by the Elite Meetings Advisory Board—a team of key players in the corporate planning and hospitality industries.

The launch of the Web site follows closely on the heels of the hugely successful Elite Meetings Alliance business and networking event held at Sundance Resort in Utah, which brought together representatives from more than 100 of the industry’s top hotels and leading planners. The Alliance is expected to generate in excess of $8 million in contracted business.
