Every corporate gathering is transformed into a unique and memorable event at Willows Lodge. Located just 20 minutes from Seattle, the scenic resort reigns over five acres of thriving gardens in the Sammamish River Valley, home to several famed wineries, including Columbia Winery and Chateau Ste. Michelle. In addition, the lodge itself houses two of the most renowned restaurants in the region, The Herbfarm and the Barking Frog, making it a particularly attractive destination for companies who wish to entertain employees and clients with the very best that the Northwest has to offer.
From leisurely retreats to formal board meetings, Willows Lodge presents an ideal setting for corporate events of up to 180 people. Indoors, seven meeting rooms with more than 4,000 square feet of space come equipped with the latest technology, while the lush grounds and gazebo just outside invite impromptu brainstorming sessions as well as alfresco luncheons and banquets.
Also of interest is the on-site state-of-the-art high ropes challenge course, where employees bond during various team-building activities. At the end of the day, guests can unwind at the full-service spa, or in the 84 intimate guest rooms, each as rustic and serene as the resort itself.

Whenever out of state employees or customers ask me for a recommended hotel for their visit, I always suggest Willows Lodge in Woodinville, WA – especially if they have never been to Washington State before. No other hotel captures the flavor of the Pacific Northwest better. Now don’t quote me, but I believe the number of wineries in and around Willows Lodge is about 18, which also makes this location a wonderful weekend getaway. Some of the most successful meetings I’ve planned locally have taken place at Willows Lodge. The service, amenities and location are truly five-star. They have an on-site restaurant (The Barking Frog), spa and team-building challenge course, as well as a world renowned restaurant (The Herb Farm) on their property. You can rent a bike for the nearby bike trails, grab a beer at the Red Hook Brewery, or take their property dog for a walk. I’m sure I’m forgetting other activities, but this I know: everyone I send there always calls to thank me for telling them about Willows Lodge. ~ Wendy Rockwell-Goff, Area Sales Coordinator, Coca-Cola North America (Pacific Northwest Region Office – Bellevue, WA)
