The conference services staff was extremely easy to work with at this hotel. They were very accommodating in listening to our needs and making the changes we needed in order to make our meetings successful. We moved in quite a bit of personal furniture and furnishings -- they were very helpful in ensuring our deliveries were timely. They provided a security staff to our group to ensure only our staff and guests were allowed into our meeting suites. The check in line at this hotel is frightful. Be prepared for a long wait.

LAS VEGAS " Mandalay Bay has become synonymous with elegance and style in Las Vegas and around the world. With the second hotel on its world-renowned complex, Mandalay Bay raises the bar even higher.
THEhotel at Mandalay Bay sets the standard for understated luxury, affording guests a haven of sophistication and service on par with the best boutique hotels in the world. Its elegantly appointed suites and stylish lobby areas set a tone of confident discretion, while its carefully tailored roster of amenities provide an unparalleled atmosphere for attending to both business and pleasure.
THEhotel is a stand-alone structure, serviced by its own entrance, lobby, lounges, cafe, gym and spa, yet still offers easy access to all the offerings for which Mandalay Bay has become famous. Visitors arrive via a dedicated valet service located in a covered garage, through a beautifully proportioned lobby with rich finishes in a restrained palette of black, brown and cream.
Beneath a 30-foot Arturo Herrera mural, an intimate bank of nine guest check-in stations greets guests and assures a smooth, stress-free transition into THEhotels ambiance. In the lobby, guests also have at their disposal the 24-hour offerings of the store, a luxurious sundries shop; an adjacent casual dining establishment named the caf; as well as the discrete lobby gathering spot called the lounge, which features a bar, billiards tables and inviting furnishings. The ground floor environment contains the coffee bar, the business center, guest-use internet stations and a reservations desk where guests find assistance in making their dinner plans and tee times.
Although THEhotel is abundant with the style and comforts sought after by the upscale leisure traveler, it has been specifically designed to offer a new level of support to the business guest.
A special feature of the property is the flexible menu of private conference rooms on four floors of the hotel, where a wide variety of business gatherings can be hosted. These richly furnished rooms can be outfitted as private boardrooms, reception spaces, classrooms or theatres and are outfitted with up-to-the-minute electronic and digital infrastructures. Business suites identical to the standard rooms are located on floors three through six providing convenient access to guests overseeing their events.
The standard suite at THEhotel offers 725 square feet of luxury accommodations. The suite layout is unique, creating the perfect environment for entertaining with discretion or relaxing in style.
Modern furnishings in rich earth tones and dark woods bespeak an updated mid-century sensibility, while each separate living area features a 42-inch plasma television, half-bath for guests, private bar and plush upholstered chairs and sofa. Separate from these comfortable spaces are the bedrooms, which feature 32-inch flat screen TVs, ample dark-wood armoires, down comforters and pillows, high thread-count linens, robes, slippers and pillow-top mattresses.
Large bathrooms with dual sinks, separate, glass-enclosed tub and shower and enclosed water closet are appointed with granite, marble and chrome. Bathrooms also feature wall-mounted 13-inch flat screen TVs. All suites are serviced by high-speed Internet connections and have a fax/printer/copier at the desk in the salon.
More deluxe accommodations are available among the 1,117 suites at THEhotel, including the View Suites with stunning views at the ends of each glass-walled wing of the building. On the uppermost floors of the building, 27 premium suites ranging from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet are available for an even greater sense of space and pampering.
A draw unto itself at THEhotel is BATHHOUSE, a state-of-the-art gym and spa that occupies a double-height space on the second floor. Designed by the specialist firm Richardson Sadeki and recipient for best spa design by Hospitality Design Magazine, this 14,000-square-foot complex redefines relaxation and rejuvenation in Las Vegas. Clad in dark stone and shaped by a reductive sequence of geometric spaces, light and water, the architecture inspires serenity in tandem with the cutting-edge treatments.
Exclusive licenses with elite product lines such as Aromapothecary, Carita and Eminence provide unique products available only at BATHHOUSE, where an innovative and extensive array of therapeutic services are offered. Steamrooms, saunas, whirlpools, cold baths, a waterfall corridor, mud baths, innumerable facials, massages in many forms, manicures, pedicures, masques and wraps are all part of the BATHHOUSE experience.
The only place that can top THEhotel is miX in Las Vegas. Combining culinary art with swirling views, miX is both lounge and a Michelin one star restaurant nested on the 64th floor of THEhotel. World-renowned chef Alain Ducasse brings his French, American and global culinary inspirations to miX. Designed by Patrick Jouin, the restaurant is a lofty and lavish universe that architecturally astonishes. The awe-inspiring interiors, including a custom-designed 24-foot chandelier, are equaled only by the panoramic views. The designers cleverly divided the restaurant area and the lounge at miX in Las Vegas into two distinct sections linked by a partially open kitchen. Accented by black leather, red lighting and a pulsating dance floor, the lounge at miX in Las Vegas is the perfect place to spark up the night or simply relax indoors or out with one of the best views of the city.
THEhotel offers what no hotel currently can offer in Las Vegas: contemporary style and elegance matched with the ultimate in business support and spa services, all steps away from the unparalleled entertainment offerings of Mandalay Bay.
