The Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa anchors Carillon Point, a 31-acre mixed-use development in Kirkland, Washington. Set on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, the hotel offers 100 rooms and suites and 5,076 square feet of meeting space, all within 15 minutes of downtown Seattle and the offices of Microsoft, Google, T-Mobile, Clearwire, and more.
A favorite with executives in the local high-tech community, the ultra-tech Vashon Room features a 63-inch display monitor with “show me” technology and a boardroom table with integrated audiovisual connectivity. It adjoins two other boardrooms and the 1,500-square-foot Lake Washington Room. Outside, the Olympic Terrace stages parties against a panoramic backdrop of lake, Seattle skyline, and Olympic Mountains. Across the central plaza, The Marina Room entertains up to 200 guests behind 85 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows along the marina.
For refreshment the hotel's lakeside restaurant, bin vivant, serves seasonal Northwest cuisine and more than 80 wines by the glass, while the Library Bar offers a quiet fireside venue for cocktails and appetizers. Refreshment of a different sort takes place at The Spa at the Woodmark, where a full line of body treatments and hydrotherapy offer complete relaxation following a day of meetings. Overnight guests also enjoy such exclusive amenities as late-night snacks and complimentary membership in the Yacht Club, whose activities include cocktail receptions, barbecues, kayak excursions, and lake tours aboard the hotel's classic 28-foot Chris-Craft, the Woodmark II.

The Woodmark is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel with wonderful amenities and relaxing views. Highly recommend for business meetings or leisure travel.

The Woodmark is a little jewel of a property situated in Kirkland (a lovely nearby suburb of Seattle) overlooking Lake Washington. The view is probably more spectacular than from the larger hotels in downtown Seattle. It's just a short cab ride into the city and you don't miss anything by not being in downtown Seattle.
We had a meeting at The Woodmark in October 2008, and couldn't have been more pleased with the property, the location, the service and amenities, the food, and especially the staff. This boutique hotel runs as efficiently as a Ritz but with a small town flair and easiness about it. It's just a breath of fresh air. The food in their signature restaurant – Bin Vivant – was just incredible and the presentation is five-star (but again, with a very relaxed atmosphere). We don't have many meetings out West but if we do return, there's no doubt we'd return to The Woodmark.

We use The Woodmark Hotel for numerous key client events. The location on Lake Washington is one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. Many on staff are long-term employees, and they remember my group and anticipate our needs without prompting.
