Elite Overview
From the editors of Elite Meetings
The Waldorf Astoria Orlando enjoys distinction as the first newly built Waldorf Astoria outside New York City. An elegant hotel in the grandest of traditions, the resort embraces its sense of place with its estatelike grounds and waterways—all bordering one of the world’s great playgrounds, the Walt Disney World Resort.
Inside, groups find 498 luxurious rooms and suites, a Grand Ballroom, two executive boardrooms, and 15 classically designed meeting rooms fashioned after the legendary Waldorf=Astoria in Manhattan. Next door, the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek adds another 122,000 square feet of meeting space plus 1,001 guest rooms to accommodate even the largest of conferences. The two sister hotels share the most extensive development in Hilton history, Bonnet Creek, a 482-acre resort and nature preserve.
While upholding the extraordinary style and service of its venerable namesake—including outposts of New York icons like Oscar’s, Bull & Bear, and Peacock Alley restaurants—the hotel also sets a new standard for a class of its own. Groups especially appreciate the addition of an 18-hole Rees Jones championship golf course, private poolside cabanas entertaining up to eight people, the Waldorf Astoria Spa by Guerlain, and an on-site heliport just five minutes from the private jet–preferred Kissimmee Gateway Airport.
