W New York - Downtown

Within view of the New York Stock Exchange, upcoming Freedom Tower, and Statue of Liberty, W New York Downtown aims to bring W's signature style to the Wall Street district of lower Manhattan.

Upon completion in 2010, the 57-story building will feature 223 condominiums and 217 deluxe hotel rooms and suites between its ground floor plaza and rooftop terrace. Guests and residents will share a trendy bar and restaurant, Sweat Fitness Center, Living Room with terrace lounge, and the backing of W's Whatever/Whenever concierge service.

Plans for groups include a fourth-floor conference center, four rooms with over 1,900 square feet of flexible meeting space. From catering to state-of-the-art technology, whether for bulls or bears, the hotel promises to scale the heights of hospitality in lower Manhattan.
