Overall Rating: 8.0/10
We had incentive winners coming in from all around the world, and this location on the North Shore of Oahu worked well because attendees didn't have to make another flight connection after reaching Hawaii, yet we weren't in busy & crowded Honolulu. The sleeping rooms in the Beach Cottages are AWESOME; sleeping rooms in the main building are quite nice, but several have small balconies and/or overlook the roof of the conference center. Snorkeling from the main resort beach is "just OK", but the miles and miles of beach that's also part of this resort provides for wonderful hiking and beautiful secluded areas for swimming.

Fantastic sales team. Excellent conference staff; quick responses to F&B and heat/air requests. The meeting space is wonderful, with excellent outdoor options, a large new ballroom and adjacent conference services desk. The food is good, though a little pricey in my opinion, even for a resort.
