Events here are distinguished by more than 46,000 square feet of state-of-the-art function space in a spectacular tower that is both Latin America’s largest building and a striking new landmark on Panama Bay.

Hotel meeting space at Trump Panama is concentrated on the hotel’s 12th floor, which houses a grand ballroom, three meeting rooms and an ample pre-function area. Groups can also be accommodated in a variety of open-air areas, breathtaking oceanfront terraces and private restaurant spaces. Trump Panama’s culinary team is adept at creating catering menus to suit every occasion, while the hotel’s skilled meeting professionals guide every step of the planning process.

The pre-function area of nearly 5,000 square feet hosts up to 550 guests and sets the tone for the rest of the meeting space. Its centerpiece is a pair of unique tables crafted from wood salvaged from Gatun Lake, one of the largest artificial lakes in the world. The tables showcase several nest-like sculptures created by the indigenous Embera tribes of Panama. The design of the custom carpeting symbolizes the conjunction of the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, each half depicting a particular type of seashell, with the two designs meeting in the middle of the foyer.

At 8,611 square feet, the Grand Pacific Ballroom can accommodate up to 950 guests. Flanking the entrance to the ballroom is an impressive piece of art made of blue paper layered in the manner of a topographical map. Custom-designed carpeting, walls upholstered in turquoise silk, lantern-like wall sconces, and a calming color palette of blues and greens give the large-scale room an intimate feel. The ballroom can be divided into three distinct sections for meeting breakouts and smaller gatherings. Four AV cabins for simultaneous translations make the ballroom an ideal choice for international events.
Additional meeting rooms include The Bay, a 1,464-square-foot space with natural light, ocean views and access to the outside deck as well as two private meeting rooms, each 1,205 square feet, named for a pair of beautiful Pacific islands: Viveros and Saboga. Ideal for the most high-powered executive meetings, the 861-square foot Trump Executive Boardroom can be divided into two smaller meeting rooms. All meeting rooms are outfitted with projectors, sliding screens, wireless high-speed Internet, wireless microphone antennas, and capacity for video and teleconferencing.

Just above the meeting space, on the 13th floor, the Trump Panama luxury Swimming Pool Deck is an exceptional setting for an al fresco cocktail reception, with sweeping views from the Pacific Ocean to the entrance to the Panama Canal, and from the “Casco Antiguo” (old city) to the glittering, modern Costa Del Este. One of Panama’s most coveted outdoor areas; the 1,830-square-foot deck features two pools, one with an infinity edge and glass wall that offers a view of swimmers underwater.
