The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta practices the fine art of bringing people together in comfort and style at Marina Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta’s most exclusive beach community. Architect Javier Sordo Madaleno designed the resort not only as a living work of art but also to take best advantage of the private beach and 600 coconut palms still thriving from plantation days.

Event planners choose from more than 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, ten rooms including the Pintores Ballroom, Tamayo Boardroom, and a trio of high-tech rooms complete with projection booth, sound system, VCR monitors, projectors, and oversized screens. Whether planning for business or pleasure, on-site specialists provide a variety of
innovative tools to simplify and enhance the process, followed by detailed coordination of everything from catering to technical staffs.

For a change of scene, an additional 10,000 square feet of outdoor venues include graceful terraces and patios, tropical gardens, and, of course, the beach. Similar scenes accompany the leisure hours as well, whether on the balconies of the 280 ocean-view rooms and suites or at the restaurants, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, pools, or pergolas on the sand.
The resort fronts Bahía de Banderas, the largest bay in Mexico, where guests dive into everything from snorkeling and scuba diving to windsurfing, sailing, deep-sea fishing, and whale watching—when not taking up the championship challenge at Marina Vallarta Club de Golf next door.

Our attendees loved this property, the staff, and the entire experience. No concerns regarding travel or location. The rooms were great, the common areas beautiful and the meeting space new. The gym was one of the newest I had seen. The pool area one of the best in PV. Our group would go here again in a heartbeat. CS Staff was one of the best I have worked with. Walking to the marina was quick and a fun afternoon for guests.

PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico, 2009-- This paradise located on the west coast of Mexico, and encircled by the rugged Sierra Madre mountains, with the waters of the Bay of Banderas and several rivers in the area, offers not only the beauty of the place, but the warmth of the Vallartenses (people living in Vallarta).

You can enjoy nature in its most primitive way, and return to the best facilities and comfort offered by The Westin Resort & Spa. The employees at The Hotel have been very active in several ecological projects in the area such as turtle and whale protection, and the Marietas Islands among others.

There are several activities that you can enjoy while you visit Vallarta:
