Facilities include 10,285 square feet of indoor function space with Wi-Fi Internet access and sophisticated audiovisual capabilities. Three ballrooms accommodate a variety of group sizes: the Baja Ballroom for up to 490 with a spacious prefunction foyer; the Cactus Ballroom for up to 245 with access to the Business Center and Oasis Garden; and the Bugambilias Ballroom for up to 320 with the option of dividing into four.
Outdoor venues take full advantage of ocean views, with festive theme parties unfolding at the beach, pool deck, and seaside putting green. The Plaza Vista hosts final night celebrations for up 450, when groups often recognize their attendees with lighting projected onto the hotel itself. For a grand finale, fireworks shoot from an adjacent mountaintop. The Westin Los Cabos was a fantastic choice for our small sales incentive group (couples). Most evenings were planned for them and I utilized great on- site outdoor space to take advantage of the properties natural beauty. It is kept immaculate and the food and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend using the Royal Beach Club level for your VIPs and all your guest if you have an intimate group. The food and service is great, the breakfast filling, evening snacks and cocktails with the whale watching views are lovely as well. The service up there is impeccable, your people are made to feel very special and in the end the added expense to upgrade is a wash on the bottom line of your budget if they are expensing those type items to your part of the program cost anyway.
