The Westin Palace, Madrid sets Spain's kaleidoscopic capital at guests' feet. Commissioned in 1912 by King Alfonso XIII of Spain, the palatial hotel faces Neptune Square between Parliament and the Prado, just steps from the Parque del Retiro.
Everything glows more brightly than ever after a recent restoration and updating. Business travelers can opt for rooms with office equipment or visit the full-service business center downstairs, where 15 modern meeting rooms promise to make the most of a conference in Madrid. The facilities feature modular designs and state-of-the-art audiovisual systems, including digital touch screens that monitor all meeting room functions.

The Palace definitely lives up to its name...meeting space is lovely and all on one floor; guest rooms are beautifully furnished and the staff is very warm and attentive. Breakfast or a reception is a must in La Rotonda. The hotel is relatively close to the airport (about 30 miles), steps from shopping and Il Prado (a potential off-site for your attendees ).
