The Westin Excelsior Rome announces the opening of VIN-ORVM, a new venue dedicated to fine wines. Designed by Michael Stelea HDC architecture studio, it recalls the hotel's ORVM BAR, through the shapes and attention to the elegance and modern concepts.

The original entrance has been also restored granting direct access from the main porch of the Westin Excelsior.

VIN-ORVM boasts Italian different labels of red and white wines, including an international selection. Prestigious Italian cheeses, fragrant salami and vegetable crudits complete the tasting prepared by the Chef James Foglieni, together with a large choice of bread, essential component of Italian gastronomy. Among red wines guests could taste Amarone Aneri, Guado al Tasso, Pian delle Vigne, Solaia, Tignanello, Giramonte, i Sodi San Nicol; for white choice: Cervaro della Sala, Vintage Tunina, Conte della Vipera and Cristal Champagne.

Created for the most refined and exclusive wine tastings, the VIN-ORVM is open as well to external guests for lunch or for dinner.

60 square meters, relaxed atmosphere, warm woods chosen for the multi toned parquet, walls, reception desk, tables and chairs. In addition, oversized pots with orange branches recall the predominant color of the ORVM BAR. As a central feature an enormous gate in wrought iron, separating the tasting room from the cellar.
