The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort

With its longstanding Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Awards, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples ranks among the most coveted destinations in Florida. A Mediterranean-style design, grand lobby, and stunning views lend a palatial air to the property, which crowns three miles of golden sand on the Gulf of Mexico at Naples.

The 450 guest rooms provide everything discerning meeting planners expect of a Ritz-Carlton, from sophisticated furnishings to Frette linens and fully stocked refreshment bars. The same goes for the 20 meeting rooms, where large-scale receptions in The Ritz-Carlton, Vanderbilt, and Plaza Ballrooms appear just as easy to stage and elegant as small executive meetings in the Boardroom. Florida's fun-loving side comes through in themed events like Casino Royale and beach parties under the stars.

Delegates taking a break from business go parasailing, pedal boating, kayaking, windsurfing, and more at the beach. They visit the spa and fitness center and gather at two outdoor pools, at the tennis courts, and for meals and refreshments at seven innovative restaurants, bars, and lounges.

For golf-loving groups, the 36-hole Tiburón Golf Club waits just three miles away at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. Accessible via complimentary shuttle, the beach property's esteemed sister resort adds another 295 guest rooms and 14 meeting rooms, including five breakout rooms with shaded terraces and sunlit views of the Greg Norman–designed greens and fairways.
Planner Reviews
The Ritz-Carlton has really gone above AND beyond; first-class service here. It really was a pleasure. I just want to go on record saying that this is a fabulous hotel with whom to do business. Our group guests came to this destination to relax on the beach and this hotel was perfect for them. I think every family on this trip went home as a “happy camper" which is always great, and it makes me happy to leave this program proud of what we can offer for our clients.

Perfection - My group loved this property and the staff were the easiest to work with. Everyone felt welcome the minute they arrived. Group check-in was perfect, rooms were ready before time. My closing reception dinner was fabulous and the best part of this property were the flags on the beach. If you needed service all you had to do was raise your little flag. My guests were impressed and awed by the whole experience

New Spa Treatments Lead to Increased Wellness for the New Year
Posted May 2, 2008 by Elite Concierge
Naples, FL. (January 2008) " In todays world, it is becoming increasingly important to be surrounded by pure products and connected to routines that are beneficial to our own bodies as well as the environment. The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Naples, is making this connection possible for guests without sacrificing any luxury in the process. For 2008, The Spa is introducing several unique treatments: Elements, a Chinese astrology-based treatment and the Eco-Luxe Facial and Eco-Luxe Cocoon by Osea. In addition, The Spa will continue to offer its signature Drift to Sleep treatment and Mama Mio products and services.

Elements, which is based on a ten thousand-year astrological calendar, is used to identify a persons true element and includes a personal consultant who will design a customized treatment for guests according to their color, organ, meridian, mood, emotion and temperament. The elements such as wood, metal, water, fire or earth are assigned to each guest and serve as tools explaining the bodys way of managing a number of strengths and weaknesses, said Spa Director Michelle Kelthy. The muds, seaweeds and salts used are the purest available and have been hand-selected from around the world.

Each Elements treatment begins with a customized bath or foot soak. A clay mask is placed on the face as the body is brushed with an essential oil blend, all corresponding with the discovered element. Next, the entire body is massaged with one of ten system blends along a specific meridian and then misted with a floral elixir to leave the skin feeling fresh and alive. Nourishing oils are then rubbed into the scalp followed by a menthol balm to stimulate the feet and hands. Lastly, the entire body is anointed with an elementally specific serum, which acts as a mood lifter. (90 minutes, $275)

We all come into contact with harmful materials every day, which results in contamination of our mind and body, explained Kelthy. However, refuge from these toxins awaits with our new Eco-Luxe Treatments by Osea. The Eco-Luxe Facial and Eco-Luxe Cocoon utilize organic, fragrance-free, non-toxic Osea products that are perfect for those interested in a pure and sustainable lifestyle.

The Eco-Luxe Facial employs the use of gentle contact points and an extended cranial hold to induce a deep state of rest that strengthens the immune system. It uses numerous strokes and very few products, all of which are vegan, biodegradable and chemical free. (50 minutes, $145)

The Eco-Luxe Cocoon is a rejuvenating calcium-rich treatment for sensitive skin. After dry brushing, organic algae oil is applied as the base for a white algae wrap. The guest will then shower or dry off with environmentally-friendly towels. To complete the treatment, a pure lotion is gently massaged over the body. (50 minutes, $165)

All Eco-Luxe treatments are experienced in the specially designated Eco-Room, in which soft materials are made from organic cotton or bamboo and washed in a separate machine using only fragrance-free and sulfate-free cleansers. The Eco-Room includes a bamboo floor and chair along with a massage table made of completely sustainable materials.

In 2007, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Naples was one of the first resort spas to highlight the importance of sleep therapy. This year, The Spa will continue to offer the signature Drift to Sleep treatment designed to promote sleep at a deep state of sub-consciousness by taking guests through a specialized ritual. (120 minutes, $300)

The Spa will also continue to offer Mama Mio products and services for moms and moms-to-be, including the Mellow Mama complete body massage, a series of pre-natal techniques increasing circulation and alleviating tired muscles. (50 minutes, $145)
