Georgetown, Washington, D.C. - July 14, 2008 - The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, Washington, D.C. and Saks Fifth Avenue, Chevy Chase, have partnered to launch "Monday Night Makeovers & Martinis" as a way to showcase favorite charities and the hottest new cosmetic lines and color trends of the season to fashion forward incons, while enjoying signature martinis in Degrees Bar & Lounge.
Each month, one or two special, well-heeled local leaders will throw a "Monday Night Makeover & Martini," party. The "hostess of the month" will have the opportunity to invite local ladies to join her at an exclusive soiree featuring a specialty martini menu, light appetizers, and the hottest make-up trends of the season from Saks Fifth Avenue, Chevy Chase.
The "Monday Night Makeover & Martini" package starts at $225 per person, and includes a selection of four specialty martinis, passed horsd'oeuvres, $100 credit to use toward purchase of make-up, and donation to the hostess' charity of choice.
