I have utilized many a Ritz Carlton as a meeting planner and this property by far exceeded my expectations. The scenic drive thru the desert to the property is unforgettable. Upon arrival you are greeted by the gate house attendant as you proceed to the hotel itself. Upon arrival, enthusiastic bellmen welcome you by name. The lobby ambassador is there to direct and answer any and all questions...it does not get any better.
The accommodations were spacious, beautifully appointed, with outstanding views, and wonderful amenities. One can work and relax in the comfort of their fabulous accommodation.
The sales staff has a can do attitude. Ever so respectful, their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate met our every objective. The choice of meeting space, from the traditional to the unusual are available to the planner.
The most impressive point, they knew us by name within 24 hrs, if not sooner. I only wished I could have stayed a month!
