Already a Central Florida favorite for business and pleasure, The Peabody Orlando—an 891-room, Mobil Four-Star, AAA Four Diamond Award winner—will polish its appeal still further when it reveals a dramatic expansion in 2010. That’s when it debuts a new 31-story tower. The project will bring the room count to 1,641 (including 120 suites), expand the meeting space to more than 210,000 total square feet, and add the 22,000-square-foot Peabody Spa & Athletic Club, new pools, restaurants, and lounges.

Yet the hotel will retain the same qualities that have earned loyal fans: acclaimed restaurants, retail, and recreation facilities—and the legendary parade of Peabody ducks. The lineup promises a crowning feather in any meeting planner’s cap.

Beautiful hotel with a grand feeling. Just added another building right next door. Great location right across the Convention Center. Great for personal trips as well.

A staff member assisted me above and beyond, providing me information and then personally showing up on location to validate that I had the correct information. Loved the ducks! The wait staff service at the on-site dining facilities was amazing-fantastic service. The concierge provided excellent information regarding various theme park and sight-seeing. All in my group had rave reviews about the concierge services. The only problem is the hotel has limited number of double doubles. Beyond that I would absolutely recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

This is a great property, centrally located to many restaurants, shopping, theme parks and many other great activities the Orlando area has to offer. I had a couple reservation glitches that the staff resolved quickly. The meeting space was perfect for my needs. Would utilize this property again.

The ducks are always a sight. This property, in my opinion has very limited event space. Ideal for smaller groups - but plan on taking your dinner functions off site. You certainly can be creative with the space if your budget is large enough - but the space is limiting.

Ideal location across from the Convention Center, but meeting space needs updating. Service and food/berverage experiences were good. Attendees loved the ducks.
