I had the pleasure of attending a Grand Opening at the Ranch.

The Lodge and Spa at Brush Creek Ranch is the perfect place for an incentive group...PERFECT! Aside from amazing scenery and beautiful (yet very comfortable) lodge or cabin accommodations, the staff and ranch hands are incredibly friendly, skilled and helpful. Several of the staff went out of their way to help out or make our stay the best it could be and with always a “no worries” attitude.

The resort is all-inclusive – accommodations, meals, snacks & beverages, activities and wi-fi – and offers many beautiful and unique meeting spaces both indoor and outside.

You’ll find activities to suit everyone from spa to paintball, fly-fishing, trail riding, lawn games, rock wall climbing, ranger tours, mountain biking, hiking, skeet shooting, archery and that’s just the summer activities! You may also choose to select a bottle of wine from the vast collection and enjoy it on one of the many verandahs as you take in the view or head to the Saloon for a cocktail or beer as you play pool or darts.

The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely – from superbly grilled steaks and “elk strudel” to individual chocolate bundt cakes and peach cobbler.

There are also other group activities that can be held for an additional cost – poker night at the saloon or Big Boys Toys artillery range where your attendees can shoot AK-47s, M-16s and other loud weapons.

If you plan incentive groups, you MUST check out the Lodge and Spa at Brush Creek Ranch.

The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch Unveiled as New Standard For Meetings and Events in the West
Posted January 17, 2011
Restored Wyoming Retreat Designed for Upscale Meetings and Events for Approximately 125 Guests

(Saratoga, WY) - January 16th 2011 - Created specifically for private corporate and leisure events, The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch www.brushcreekranch.com is the new standard in meeting and event destinations in the American West. This historic Wyoming cattle ranch turned exclusive group retreat offers refined, one-of-a-kind Western experience, where impeccable service and understated luxury come together to create memories as vast as the western skies. Offering tailored, customizable and all-inclusive adventure experiences, Brush Creek Ranch meets the needs of the most discerning group planners and is set amidst a culture rich in the Western way of life and deeply rooted in the tradition of Western hospitality. Brush Creek Ranch invites guests to return to nature and offers an inspirational backdrop that fosters growth and productivity among its guests, creating an ideal setting for corporate meetings. Moreover, it was created in late 2008 by one of the most respected names in the hotel industry, Bruce White, Chairman and CEO of White Lodging and developer and operator of award winning premium brand hotels across the country. White originally built the Ranch as a sanctuary for his family and as a place to hold charity functions for the Bruce and Beth White Family Foundation, but in order to share his passion for others, White decided to open this private enclave to a limited number of exclusive group visits each year. As the culmination of his years of experience in hospitality and philanthropy and his passion for this area, he created one of the most impressive, unique and all-inclusive meeting and event destinations in the country, offering unmatched activities, dining and lodging accommodations in the heart of the American West.

"The White family has had a passion for service and hospitality for more than a quarter of a century and as our next venture, we wanted to create a Western getaway that utilized our vast experience in the industry and appealed to corporate and leisure groups while remaining exclusive, private and authentic," said Bruce White. "The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch is the culmination of this vision and exemplifies the true spirit of the West."

The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch is an exclusive, independent guest ranch ideal for private corporate events set amid a century-old working cattle ranch outside of Saratoga in south central Wyoming's North Platte River Valley. Sitting on 13,000 acres and bordering a million acres of federal wild lands, The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch features 9,000 square feet of distinct, one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor meeting spaces as well as a collection of new and renovated guest cabins and quarters, a full-service spa and a vast array of outdoor adventures, all in a private setting available for complete buyout. Offering an unsurpassed, all-inclusive adventure experience custom tailored to each group, The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch provides a genuine Western spirit of hospitality coupled with an inspiring landscape and a dedication to sustainable ranching that creates a new icon in luxury corporate retreats. "This a place where people find adventure and have once-in-a lifetime experiences during the day and share them with others over a glass of wine around the campfire at night," said Mike Williams, Executive Vice President and COO of Brush Creek Ranch. "We strive to create a totally customizable experience at the Ranch, from our activities to our vast dining options and incredible meeting spaces, there is nowhere quite like Brush Creek Ranch for creating memories."
