I became acquainted with this hotel when I designed tours for the American Orient Express luxury train. The passengers absolutely fell in love with this property as it reflected the train's ambience...reminiscent of a more gracious era.

Currently, Richmond became one of the destinations for my programsI Therefore, what better property to hold our functions. The meeting rooms are as elegant as the public space. Food and beverage done and displayed to perfection. Sales staff up to the ever so gracious GM were outstanding. One will not be disappointed.

Meetings Offer Valid Through December 31, 2009

RICHMOND, VA " The Jefferson Hotel introduces the Some Assembly Required events offer available to groups booking 10 or more sleeping rooms and to those just requiring meeting or event space. Groups will receive complimentary meeting or event space(s), high-speed wireless Internet access, self-parking, basic audio-visual and all food and beverage station attendant and bartender fees at no charge. In addition, each overnight guest of the event will receive local telephone calls, guestroom high-speed wireless Internet access, health club access and complimentary downtown transportation at no charge, a standard offering to all guests of The Jefferson Hotel.

Group room and food and beverage minimums apply and offer is valid on new group bookings to be actualized on or before December 30, 2009. Offer is subject to availability and advance reservations are required.

This events offer has been developed so that the value of meeting and the value of a meeting at The Jefferson is clear, says Director of Sales and Marketing, Rick Butts. When planners can deliver an exceptional experience to their attendees and an invoice that shows a competitive group room rate and food and beverage expenses only, then the return on investment to the company or organization is extremely high.
