As Utah's largest ski destination, Park City's Canyons Resort offers a vast choice of meeting options, from full-blown conventions at The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel to executive retreats at the Red Pine Lodge. Meeting planners select venues and accommodations from six slope-side hotels, including the Grand Summit, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Escala Lodges, Sundial and Silverado lodges, and Vintage on the Strand. They may also incorporate the resort's enclosed summer pavilion, outdoor Forum with concert stage, secluded Viking Yurt, and Lookout Cabin accessed via gondola or sleigh ride through the woods.
The resort's conference services team coordinates with hotels and groups to ensure an appropriate balance of productivity and enjoyment. Downhill and cross-country skiing, dogsledding, fly-fishing, and village shopping barely skim the surface of extracurricular activities on tap.
