Earth-friendly and chic, the new Solage Calistoga resort incorporates solar panels, geothermal energy, recycling methods, and self-sustainable landscaping. Bellhops on cruiser bikes escort arrivals to their studios, where two bikes outside each of the 89 accommodations invite exploration of the 22-acre grounds and surrounding Napa Valley wine country.
Two lush mountain ranges form the backdrop for 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space. Two midsize rooms, Spectera North and South, host groups of up to 80. Solstice, the soaring 3,500-square-foot upscale event “barn,” entertains up to 230. Innovative meeting options share the resort's eco-chic approach through outdoor adventures, locally sourced wine, sustainable culinary pursuits, and programs at Spa Solage.
The spa upholds a time-honored tradition in Calistoga, which started out as a frontier health spa. Devotees encased in local mineral-rich volcanic mud “cure” on elevated, heated platforms. Meanwhile, therapists perform traditional massage, facials, and other beauty treatments in 14 private salons while the gym, movement studio, and outdoor pool support a full schedule of classes in Pilates, yoga, cardio boxing, spinning, and aqua body sculpting.
Most evenings wind down at Solbar, the centerpiece restaurant and lounge with a decidedly laid-back atmosphere. The room's casual, artful sophistication flows to a patio serving fine cuisine, comfort food, and Napa Valley wine in the glow of a 20-foot-long fire and water fountain.
Planner Reviews
Welcoming, amazing, unique, fun - just a few words to describe Solage Calistoga. Combine that with outstanding service, fine cuisine, delightful staff, and comfortable accommodations, and I'll keep coming back.

The grounds, guest rooms, and public spaces are great. If you\'re looking for a casual yet upscale property for your next meeting or incentive gathering, this is ideal as the overall ambiance is very relaxed and friendly... not stiff at all. The spa is phenomenal, probably my favorite part of the resort. The beach-cruisers provided for guest use are a lot of fun too. I also loved the fact that the whole resort is pet-friendly (not every room is pet-friendly, but they have designated pet-friendly rooms) so you can bring your dog with you everywhere you go.

We had a small incentive trip at Solage and everyone loved their stay. Especially with its location in Napa, we took advantage of all the wine offerings and did some tastings as well as some group cooking classes. Everyone had a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back again!
