Overall Rating: 7.0/10

Meeting room was not completely set up - meals were delayed or not ready when requested. Staff was not empowered to correct problems (no rolled silver available with meal; no one wanted to take ownership to get it resolved). Meeting space was nice with large doors and windows. I am not fond of working meals rolled into meeting spaces on four-tiered rolling carts as it is difficult for shorter people to get to the more top levels and spills happeen more frequently and this is how working lunches were served. Restaurant service was slower than anticipated. Great outdoor lounge/bar area! Sleeping rooms were comfortable. Lots of children.
