Here in a 2,300-acre resort community in Reunion, Florida, on the outskirts of Orlando, visiting conference and incentive guests find a perfect match from the choice of 330 one- to three-bedroom villas and five- to eight-bedroom homes. Many of the privately owned rentals come with fully equipped kitchens, entertainment centers, pools, and patios. Room service delivers from 4 to 11 p.m., and daily maid service keeps everything spotless.

Visiting planners stage events in more than 25,000 square feet of centrally located meeting space—ballrooms, boardrooms, classrooms, event lawns, and more. Support ranges from dedicated catering and convention staffs to the latest in audiovisual technology, spectacular theme parties, team-building programs, and complimentary transportation throughout the property.

When meetings adjourn, golfers test their mettle on three championship courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus. Racquet fans head to the six lighted Hydro-Grid tennis courts. Rejuvenation seekers retreat to the spa. Sun lovers lounge around the pools. Shoppers shop. And dining enthusiasts sample the fare at six restaurants.

Meanwhile, as parents pursue everything from business to lounging around the pools, a children’s program and multi-acre water park—complete with lazy river and waterslides—guarantee the vacation of a lifetime for kids. As if that weren’t enough, Orlando’s legendary theme parks and countless other attractions wait just minutes up the road.

MANAGEMENT OF REUNION RESORT AND HAMMOCK BEACH TO BE TRANSFERRED TO NOBLE INVESTMENT GROUP AND REYNOLDS SIGNATURE COMMUNITIES
Posted 24 Mar, 2009 by Concierge Elite
CELEBRATION, Fla. (March 20, 2009) " Day-to-day management and operations for Reunion Resort and Hammock Beach, two premier Florida resort communities currently operated by Ginn Resorts, will be transitioned to Noble Investment Group, a leading hospitality operator with hotel brands including Hilton, W and Hyatt and Reynolds Signature Communities, developer of the Reynolds Plantation golf community.

According to Robert Gidel, CEO of The Ginn Companies LLC, the management transfer will be completed by April 6.

Although Reunion Resort and Hammock Beach are successful and thriving communities, they have reached a point in the maturation of the developments which necessitated a broader management approach to enable the communities to move to the next level in their growth cycle, said Gidel.

Under the new management structure, Noble Investment Group and Reynolds Signature Communities will oversee all day-to-day operations including hospitality, golf, club membership and asset management.

Reunion Resort and Hammock Beach have both won numerous hospitality and golf awards and both communities have hosted nationally televised professional golf tournaments on the PGA, Champions Tour and LPGA tours.

I am personally proud of the achievements of the management and operations teams at Reunion Resort and Hammock Beach, Gidel said. We have created two very distinctive resort experiences that have been internationally recognized for their quality.

Noble Investment Group is a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated operating and development organization that specializes in making value-added investments in hotels and resorts throughout North America. An award winning operator of more than 8,000 hotel and resort guest rooms, convention and conference centers with approximately 1 million sq. ft. of meeting space, as well as day and resort spas, upscale restaurants and branded retail coffee stores.

Headquartered in Lake Oconee, Georgia (between Atlanta and Augusta), Reynolds Signature Communities was formed in 1985 by Mercer Reynolds and Jamie Reynolds to develop Reynolds Plantation and the surrounding lake area. Reynolds Plantation is an award-winning golf and lake community that has grown to feature 99 holes of championship golf and 80 miles of shoreline, as well as a AAA 5-diamond Ritz-Carlton Lodge. Additional Reynolds Signature Communities include Reynolds Landing on Lake Oconee and Achasta in historic Dahlonega, Georgia.
