The historic Ponte Vedra Inn & Club stretches along the Atlantic coastline in the tony seaside village of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Since its celebrated opening in 1928, this AAA Five Diamond Award–winning landmark resort has entertained three generations of guests with sophisticated charm and hospitality.
Graceful palms and rolling dunes serve as a dramatic backdrop for the 250 rooms and suites, most with Atlantic Ocean views. Interiors create an atmosphere of sheer indulgence through the use of exquisite furnishings, rich fabrics, and classic details.
A freestanding Resort Conference Center holds 17,000 square feet of flexible function space (17 rooms), and serves groups of 10 to 450 people. Highlights include two ballrooms, a cherry-paneled boardroom, vaulted ceilings, exquisite chandeliers, marble floors, and a professional support staff. Attendees especially appreciate the flex-back conference chairs for maximum meeting comfort. Annual accolades such as the Gold Key and Pinnacle Awards attest to the resort's favored status among meeting planners.
Between sessions, delegates make the most of the resort's year-round sunny climate. Sports enthusiasts may opt to play golf or tennis, work out at the gym, swim in the pools, body surf in the ocean, or take long walks along the sandy beach. A retail promenade delights shopping enthusiasts with gift shops and boutiques. Meanwhile, a luxurious spa—the area's largest—features a selection of 100 pampering services. Mealtimes provide yet another highlight. Four restaurants ranging from casual to elegant cater to a variety of tastes and moods in distinctive and imaginative locations.

The hotel and staff were the best. Feedback was top-notch.
Deborah Gambill (Conference & Catering Manager) was terrific and made every request a reality. Both golf and dining were great. My people loved the rooms. This was a meeting planned with less then 3 weeks to go and everything was spot on. Really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Every outside vendor she recommended was excellent. We will be back.

Our experience at Ponte Vedra is one that my participants still talk about. The staff is excellent, the setting is perfect, and the meeting space was inspiring. I still crave the chili spiced chocolates that were placed on our pillows every night. I recommend this property without reservation.
