From glorious golf to a play date with manatees, Plantation Golf Resort & Spa in Crystal River on Florida's Nature Coast offers a touch of southern gentility and whimsy to business meetings and incentive travel. The selection of accommodations includes 90 guest rooms, eight junior suites, 28 patio suites, six golf-view condos, and 12 golf villas readymade for families or executive retreats. The Mark Mahannah–designed golf course features an abundance of challenges, including water hazards on 21 of 27 holes.

The recent addition of the Sable Meeting Facility expanded the corporate event space at Plantation Golf Resort & Spa to 12,000 square feet, including two 500-capacity ballrooms and a 1,000-capacity outdoor venue. Popular activities include spa treatments, fishing, boating, and swimming with the gentle manatees that call Crystal River home.
