We held a customer meeting at the Park Hyatt in August 2008 - both our staff and the customers were thrilled with the hotel, food and beverage and most of all, the friendly and accomodating staff. Will definitely bring all future Chicago meetings to the Park Hyatt!

This property was very nice and I would utilize again. The only issue I had was a slight billing error, which the staff resolved rather quickly. The food was phenomenal. Location is great. I would utilize this property again!
