Located on Florida's northernmost island, Amelia Island Plantation offers a secluded sanctuary within easy reach of major U.S. cities via Jacksonville International Airport. Noted for its pristine natural environment, the 1,350-acre resort borders the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway with uncrowded beaches, world-renowned golf and tennis, a luxury spa, and 49,000 square feet of function space.

Large groups choose the Amelia Inn and Executive Conference Centers, located under one roof just steps away from the 249-room, all ocean-view inn and beach club. Patios and terraces surround two ballrooms and 15 breakout rooms with amenities like built-in audiovisual systems, controlled lighting, unobstructed sight lines, and wireless Internet access.

For groups of up to 100, the Racquet Park Conference Center provides a self-contained space adjacent to the tennis complex and fitness center. Extravagant theme parties and banquets utilize the adjoining Grand Pavilion, while alfresco events unfold in scenic pool deck, beachfront, and marshland venues throughout the property.

Thanks to the group recreation department, custom-designed activities like team building and themed dinner events bring excitement to any agenda. Spousal offerings range from fashion shows and spa treatments to historical tours—plus, the resort entices attendees to bring the family with its award-winning children's program and the home-away-from-home ambience of the Villas at Amelia, complete with kitchens, living rooms, and the tranquillity of nature close at hand.

We held a large conference at this property and the event services staff was amazing. Would definitely go back, it's just a little remote.

I took a small group to this resort, and they loved it! The staff bent over backwards to ensure our meeting was a great experience, and they loved the beach. They have recently renovated and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beach property.
