The Mandarin Oriental makes meeting planning a breeze! An example: the chair of one of my committees wanted breakfast pastries in his meeting, so I snagged a passing server and made the request. Within 5 minutes, I had my pastries, perfectly arranged and set out by the same server. A property that trusts its employees to make things happen without going through a chain of command is priceless!
