Overseeing the program at Las Ventanas is PBI tennis professional Claudio Bravo, who has many years of experience in all facets of the game, from winning high school state championships and competing at the college varsity level to teaching at tennis academies, tennis clubs and resorts. Most recently, he oversaw the PBI tennis program at Reynolds Plantation in Georgia, providing the PBI-brand of personalized instructional and social programs for the club membership as well as guests of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

A large Mexican palapa (a natural umbrella made of thatched and woven palm fronds), sheltering a table and chairs, provides a shady place for guests to rest between sets.
