La Fonda On The Plaza

Arguably the oldest corner hotel in America, the 403-year-old La Fonda On The Plaza anchors the Santa Fe central plaza just as it did in horse-and-buggy days. The 167 guest rooms and suites, including the 14 luxury rooms and suites of The Terrace at La Fonda concierge level, seem to defy aging, thanks to hand-painted artworks, furniture, and colorful Southwestern decor. Such inevitable modern necessities as hair dryers, telephones, voicemail, and complimentary Wi-Fi barely intrude on the solitude of the historic inn.

Indoors or out, La Fonda welcomes corporate events and business meetings with a variety of cozy venues that feature kiva fireplaces, carved beam ceilings, and hammered tin chandeliers.
