The grand Starr Circle entrance, dedicated to attendee arrivals, hints at the splendor within. Lovely property - beautifully located. They need to work on their ability to handle a large group that requires many breakouts - definitely needs improvement. Friendly staff, but many are very young and appear to lack the exceptional work ethic and professionalism that I would expect from a flagship JW property.

Stunning location. I visited the property when it was under construction and then again for a site. Perfect for a larger group, a little impersonal for a smaller one. I found the rooms on the small side - surprising. Beautiful outdoor patio, lots of pretty places for events. Meeting spaces are enormous and most don't have natural light - a problem for us. Tucson is an up and coming place with lots to do. Surrounding natural areas are worth the trip all by themselves. Aiirport service to Tucson keeps getting better and better. Check it out!
