Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Los Angeles. Proximity to Staples Center and airport a plus. Hotel is extremely busy so the hotel event staff isn't as attentive as other JW staff can be. Onsite they do an excellent job. Rooms are nicely appointed and meeting space is easy to get to from the hotel rooms. We would definitely do an event again here in the future.

Disappointed that there wasn't a built in registration desk, but overall the meeting facility was good.

Service was good and location was great! Attendees could not have been happier with the close by options for food and entertainment.
