As you would expect with a convention hotel, the place is busy and so are the sales staff. However, you will not get banquet chicken at this property! The amazing kitchen shines through in meetings and banquets.

This property is truly one of the best in San Francisco...actually, I am not sure who does it better because they have the service and attitude that I could only imagine in my dreams. I have done about 5 programs at the hotel and they have been 11 on a scale of 10. The management team gets personally involved with a program and you can see how much you mean to them. The service is beyond anything you could imagine. I often suggest to other hotels that they take their team to the IC to conduct a meeting to see how it should be done. The hotel runs things flawlessly with banquets and meetings and I appreciate their high standards. Please call Charles Bello to book your business. He is so flexible. If he ever goes to work for another property...follow him. He is the best.

A wonderful new property with exceptional service. The food is outstanding in every respect. The meeting space is so unique. All guests get a great feeling and a positive experience. The location is fun for guests of all ages.
