Our client event was held at the same time as a very large trade show event in the hotel. We weren't informed about this and the conference services staff should have been more proactive and realized this would be a conflict, and put us in another area. The conference area needs to be renovated. We had an airwall that would not stay closed and a meeting next door that was noisy. I would think twice before booking again.

Our meetings here as far as their service, accomodations and staff was a huge success. I would suggest using this property for most any program.

Great sleeping rooms - wonderful beds, comfortable atmosphere. The meeting space with windows is very pretty but could be a little more sound proofed and the airwalls could be more secure (doors not shutting, walls that 'wave'). Food quality is great. Could use another choice of on-property restaurant but local restaurants are abundant. Staff is always welcoming. Sales staff is typically very quick to respond with questions or requests. We hold our board meetings in this property and have not been disapointed. Easy access to and from the airport (during non-rush hour times)
