Nestled on New Mexico's Santa Ana pueblo, along the rio grande between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa offers a Southwestern retreat of comfort and elegance. Here visitors encounter a rich cultural heritage and Hyatt's highest standards of service. The 350 guest rooms overlook the Sandia Mountains, the 18-hole Twin Warrior Golf Course, and the central Kiva Pool and courtyard inspired by ancient Pueblo ceremonial structures.
Groups come together in a state-of-the-art, 21,650-square-foot conference center. The choice of venues starts with the Tamaya Ballroom, large enough to divide into eight separate rooms, seat an audience of 1,300 people, or host an industry trade show of 60 full-sized exhibits. Generous prefunction spaces separate the ballroom from the small to mid-size Badger, Hawk, Eagle, Wolf, and Puma rooms, while the Council Boardroom stands off by itself to ensure the utmost in privacy for high-level meetings. More than 50,000 square feet of space for outdoor events includes the Sunrise Amphitheatre, House of the Hummingbird, and Cottonwoods Pavilion in the trees along the Rio Grande.
Only the Tamaya Mist Spa, 24-hour fitness center, tennis, horseback riding, Native American cultural activities, a nearby casino, and skiing rival the popularity of the restaurants and lounges. The choice for meals ranges from top-notch catering to the casual Santa Ana Café, Atush Bar & Grille at the golf course, and the incomparable Corn Maiden for fine dining on regional fire-roasted cuisine.
I've experienced a lot of properties and there are a lot of places I could say wonderful things about, but holistically, there isn't one that hits all the marks like Tamaya does.

Excellent Hotel, Staff was friendly and courteous. View is spectacular, several amenities available including an excellent spa, pools, horseback, biking, etc. Highly recommend this property to golfers and for those who prefer their meetings in a private setting. 20 minutes from the ariport and 45 minutes to Santa Fe.
