Deep blue water, stately pines, and soaring Sierra peaks set a magnificent stage for colleagues gathered at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino. Delegates enjoy a wide choice of activities, from snow sports in winter to hiking, biking, golf, and lake sports in summer to Nevada gaming and pampering sessions at the resort's 24-hour casino and
20,000-square-foot Stillwater Spa year-round.
The 26 acres front a private beach with pier and Sierra Cloud catamaran cruises, watercraft rentals, parasailing, and outdoor massages on-site. In snow time the concierge dispenses lift tickets, while complimentary round-trip shuttles leave regularly for the slopes of Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Diamond Peak, and Northstar-at-Tahoe.
Ten types of lodgings make up the 422 accommodations, including concierge-level guest rooms and suites and 24 one- and two-bedroom Lakeside Cottages. Among the eight bars and restaurants, the dining options range from casual meals and entertainment at Cutthroat's Saloon to classic Tahoe fine dining at the Lone Eagle Grille.
Seasoned catering and conference managers attend to groups of up to 1,250 in 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Sixteen private dining and meeting rooms range from boardroom to convention in size—including Tahoe's only lakefront ballroom. Naturally, thanks in part to a recent $62 million makeover, visiting groups have access to the latest audiovisual and communications technology, including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Planner Reviews
I'd like to compliment the phenomenal customer service and support before, during, and after my organization's recent National Meeting. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so well in the planning of an event.

Good sized rooms for ski equipment. Food and beverage was good. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and well-trained. Conference staff checked in regularly. Last-minute requests were handled expertly.
The arrival experience is rated lower because a chandelier in the lobby was sitting on the lobby floor for repairs for two days, unfortunate timing for my group. Although several ski resorts are close by, not having a ski-in/ski-out option was a turnoff for my group.

We come to this property frequently. The casino is very unobtrusive and it is a lovely lodge style in Tahoe, so you cannot even tell it has a casino. The lakeside cottages are wonderful right on the lake and the lakeside ballrooms have floor to ceiling windows. We will have this on our rotation every three years. The food outlets are great and the Tahoe location easy for many travelers
