Spread over 300 roling acres in northwest San Antonio, Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa lies just minutes from the airport and historic downtown district. Guests enjoy an easily accessible and yet secluded retreat renowned for its four-diamond luxury, Gold Key Award–winning meetings, and Texas Lone Star hospitality.

The Hill Country Ballroom headlines more than 42,000 square feet of flexible space for groups. It accommodates up to 1,700 guests in a convention format and 1,200 for banquets. Surrounded by majestic oaks, the ballroom's Courtyard Deck adds an idyllic spot for alfresco dinner or cocktails. Another outdoor favorite, an open pavilion overlooking the golf course, specializes in barbecues and theme fiestas, but can also be transformed into a custom venue for groups. Last year the resort opened the 8,800-square-foot Rogers-Wiseman Pavilion ideally suited to exhibits, meals, and general sessions.

The staff of seasoned professionals not only orchestrates memorable parties and business gatherings, it also arranges for unforgettable sightseeing, recreation, and team-building activities, from trips to the Alamo and the River Walk to tournaments on the award-winning golf course and afternoons at Windflower–The Hill Country Spa.

The property also boasts 500 luxuriously appointed guest rooms, outstanding food and beverage options (from Antlers Lodge fine dining to Charlie's Long Bar), a fitness center, nature trails, and a four-acre water playground for swimming, playing volleyball, soaking in a hot tub, and floating down the 950-foot Ramblin' River.

Good property, good service. Some meeting spaces are in dark, narrow corridors, so visit the space before you book.

I was a guest for a conference here. This hotel was a perfect location for a conference. The function space accommodated a welcome/resource center throughout the event, the ballroom for large sessions, and multiple breakout rooms for smaller sessions. The staff was friendly and everything was well serviced.

The location is in the hills during spring the wildflowers are in bloom. Close enough to the river walk but miles away. Great location to seclude a group.

This hotel was very relaxing and comfortable. Theming our event was very easy with the onsite venues. Everyone loved our location for our sales meeting that year!
