As the largest hotel in the nation's third largest convention city, Hyatt Regency Chicago welcomes groups of virtually every size and purpose to the heart of Chicago. It offers more than 2,000 rooms and suites, seven food and beverage outlets, business and fitness centers, and 228,000 square feet of meeting space. Arrivals take place in a half-acre atrium lobby at the East Tower or in a more intimate environment at the West Tower, home to the Regency Club–level rooms and suites.

While the exhibit hall, four ballrooms, and five executive conference centers attend to business, elevators lead directly to Illinois Center, an underground concourse of 100 shops and restaurants. The location also places attendees at the hub of ground-level transportation, four blocks from Lake Michigan, and steps from the Magnificent Mile.
