The ballroom's 6,617 square feet of pillarless space easily divides by five to suit a variety of business and social needs. Several executive meeting and lecture rooms at the Business Center—plus a wide variety of outdoor venues—ensure a gathering spot for every group size and purpose. Planners find added convenience in working with dedicated conference managers based both in the United States and on-site.
Several of the largest suites entertain groups in private with spacious living and dining rooms, sweeping terraces, and Jacuzzis for up to a dozen people. I was pleasantly surprised with so many things at the Grand Velas. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and the arrival is nice and efficient. The rooms are spacious and have great views of the pool and ocean. The dinner restaurants are incredible and had a very elegant feel to them. Daytime activities at the resort are engaging and not overly done which adds another aspect to being able to enjoy the resort. As you would find at the Four Seasons, they have staff come around the pool and hand out popsicles to everyone. The spa is amazing! It is such a pampering and wonderful experience....a not to be missed treat. At Grand Velas it is all about the details which I appreciated and noticed. It is a perfect fit for the more discerning client that will be amazed with this \"all inclusive\" luxury property.

Incredible Spa - make sure to plan time to spend on yourself after your meetings! Great food - lots of options for an all-inclusive - and equally impressive bar choices. Need to emphasize the sports bar above the lobby bar more. Many room options - be sure to check them out before booking. Would recommend third floor or higher if you want an ocean view (all rooms are "ocean view" but lower floors are blocked by buildings.

My client could not have been more thrilled with their sales incentive program at your property. Wow! I have stayed at St. Regis, Four Seasons and Ritz-Carltons all over the world in the past 40 years in the incentive industry and I can honestly say that the luxury experience I had at Grand Velas was one of the finest.
