The property's executive chef, Efraín Cruz, will represent the resort and partake in cooking demonstrations during the second annual edition of this festival, taking place on San Juan's Escambrón Beach.

Saborea Puerto Rico brings together 35 local and internationally-renowned chefs to celebrate and experience the culinary traditions of Puerto Rico.
