The property is lovely and the atrium is simply gorgeous. They have a great spa and off-site golf course that is phenomenal. However, the hotel is very difficult to navigate and many people got lost. I felt they did not have adequate staff on hand to assist with different needs. The likelihood that I would use this property in the future is slim.

Great experience with this property. The hotel lobby, if you can call it a lobby, is spectacular. Had a very good eating experience in all the venues at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Shopping nearby, and river attractions. Loved it!

The property is enormous, so be prepared to walk. The property also does a good job in distinguishing itself from the convention side once you are hotel side. Overall it I loved this property.

This property is beautiful and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. However, the property is difficult to navigate. The spa is spectacular!! The restaurant selections are superb!
